甾体激素受体、端粒酶与妊娠滋养细胞疾病研究

摘要 妊娠滋养细胞疾病是一组从良性到恶性逐渐转化的疾病,该肿瘤来源于胎盘滋养细胞,很早就可转移,对妇女生命威胁很大。如何及早、准确地预测此类疾病发展预后受到很多学者的关注。目前,甾体激素受体、端粒酶在妊娠滋养细胞疾病预后的预测方面的意义受到越来越多的重视。该文分析了近几年对雌激素受体、孕激素受体及端粒酶在滋养细胞疾病中的研究成果,综述其在滋养细胞疾病中与病变恶性程度的关系。 Gestational trophoblastic disease(GTD) is a spectrum of diseases that originate from placental trophoblastic cells,and are varied from benign diseases to malignant disorders.Most gestational trophoblastic tumors metastasize in early stage and threaten women's health seriously.How to predict prognosis of GTD early and accurately has attracted many scholars' concern.At present,predicting roles of steroid hormone,telomerase enzyme for prognosis of the tumors have been paid more and more attention.In this paper,we reviewed advances in research on three markers—estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR) and telomerase enzyme in GTD in recent years and their relationships with prognosis of GTD.
