摘要
总结了国家煤检中心实施的2006年中国合格评定国家认可委员会(CNAS)4个能力验证计划的稳健统计情况,分析出现离群结果的原因,提出了相应的技术建议。
This paper summarizes the firm statistics of 4 proficiency testing programs of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment(CNAS) carried out by the National Coal Quality Supervision and Inspection Center in year 2006.The reason of dispersed results is analyzed and the suggestion is also put forward.
