针对南桐矿井多煤层煤质变化,作好入选原煤煤质变化的动态分析,通过稳定密度控制、执行动态配煤入选、控制悬浮液中的煤泥含量和调整旋流器的工艺参数等形式,达到稳定精煤质量、提高精煤产率和选煤数量效率的目的。

The Nantong Mine has multiple coal seams,and coal quality changes,so,dynamic analysis of coal quality was studied.Through the way of density control,washery feed of blended raw coal,controlling the coal slime content in the suspensions,and adjusting process parameter of the cyclone to improve the clean coal quality,production rate and cleaning efficiency.
