Discussion on the coal enterprise quality control

针对煤炭质量出现滑坡,煤质事故及纠纷屡屡出现的情况,提出了煤质管理工作只有采用精干高效的组织管理模式,才能提高产品质量,增加企业经济效益。

As a result of the expansion of coal production scale and negligence of the coal quality control,the coal quality got worse,the quality accident and dispute apperared repeatedly.Therefore,this paper pointed out that very capable and high effect ogranic management was the basic management model,by the model,the product quality can be improved and the enterprise benefit can be increased.
