在野外施工中,先进ⅢVib Pro可控震源控制系统经常出现五类故障。①译码器自测完成后重锤不在中心位置;②在振动过程中出现加速度表报警;③译码器开机后显示屏无显示;④震源振动正常,但数据不能返回到编码器;⑤译码器显示正常,标定结果正常,但震源不振。本文分析了故障原因,给出了故障排除方法。

In field construction,five types of troubles are often appeared in the controlling system of advancedⅢ Vib Pro vibroseis.①After self test of decoder,the weight drop is not in central position;②alarming of accelerometer appeared in a process of vibration;③there is no display in screen after decoder working;④vibration of vibroseis is normal,but the data can not be returned back to coder;⑤display of decoder is normal and calibrated results are also normal,but the vibroseis does not work.The paper analyzed the reasons of the troubles and gave trouble-removing methods.
