载脂蛋白AⅠ的抗动脉粥样硬化功能研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 载脂蛋白AⅠ是高密度脂蛋白的主要蛋白质组分,其脂质结合型和脂质游离型表现为不同的构象,在胆固醇代谢过程中发挥重要作用。动物实验及临床试验表明,载脂蛋白AⅠ及其重组体、模拟肽等类似物都具有显著的抗动脉粥样硬化作用,具有广阔的临床应用前景。
