摘要
目的:探讨膀胱癌中MMP-2和MMP-9表达的临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法对72例膀胱移行细胞癌及10例肾囊肿组织和10例正常膀胱粘膜组织中MMP-2和MMP-9进行染色,观察其与肿瘤的发生及分期、分级的关系。结果:MMP-2在膀胱癌组织、肾囊肿组织中阳性表达率分别为83.33%(60/72)和20.00%(2/10);MMP-9在膀胱癌组织、肾囊肿组织中阳性表达率分别为72.22%(52/72)和70.00%(7/10),MMP-2、MMP-9在正常膀胱粘膜组织中无1例阳性表达,三者阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在癌组织Ta^T1、T2~T4、Ⅰ和Ⅱ~Ⅲ中MMP-2阳性率分别为56.67%(17/30)、76.19%(32/42)、72.00%(18/25)和78.72%(37/47),MMP-9阳性率分别为70.00%(21/30)、73.81%(31/42)、73.00%(19/25)和82.98%(39/47),随肿瘤分级的增高,MMP-2和MMP-9的表达显著增强(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:MMP-2和MMP-9在膀胱移行细胞癌的发生和侵袭过程中起到了重要作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical value of expression of Matrix metalloproteinase 2,9 in the bladder transitional cell carcinoma.METHOD:MMP-2,MMP-9 were examined immunohistochemically(SP methed) in 72 BTCC,10 normalization and cyst of bladder tissue.The correlation between the expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and tumor grade and stage was analysed.RESULTS:The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in BTCC was significantly higher than the other tissues and increased with tumor grade and stage.CONCLUSION:MMP-2,MMP-9 play key roles in the occuration and invasion of BTCC.
