摘要
文章对应用型人才的内涵、界定及分类培养等进行了剖析,基于对"培养高等技术应用型人才"的理解和把握,阐述了地方本科院校培养目标的定位问题。
This essay makes an analysis of the content,definition and classified cultivation of the practical personnel.Based on the understanding and mastery of cultivation of advanced technical and practical personnel,it explores on the problems of orientation of the cultivating goal in local colleges and universities.
