摘要
本文概述了多媒体数据的基本特征特点及其对带宽的要求,并详细讲解了多媒体传输过程中的拥塞控制技术.然后从视频和音频两个方面阐述了多媒体传输中的关键技术--压缩技术,最后以H.323协议的应用作为实例做了讲解.
This article has outlined the multimedia data's basic characteristic and the request to the bandwidth, and explained the congestion control technology in detail, then elaborated the critical technical in multimedia transmission compression technology from two aspects of the video and the audio, finally made a application of the H.323 protocol as a example.
