将WebGIS技术应用于高校物业管理信息系统的开发,可以充分利用学校现有的资源配置,对高校的物业进行科学、有效的综合管理,提高工作效率.本文以WebGIS技术为基础,以MapXtreme为GIS开发软件,并以泉州师范学院为例,阐述了基于.NET架构的物业管理信息系统的设计与实现方法.

The application of WebGIS technology in the development of property management information system in university can not only make full use of the school's resources allocation,but also make the property management more effectively,scientifically and comprehensively as well.In addition,it can improve working efficiency.In this essay,Quanzhou Normal university was taken as an example to describe the design of the property management information system and its implementing methods,based on the WebGIS technology and Mapx5.0,the developing software of GIS.
