传统的手工登记、人工查询的文书档案管理模式暴露出很多问题,如查询、登记、执行和保管困难等等,针对这些弊端,从管理信息系统(MIS:Management Information System)的角度,探讨一下文书档案信息化管理系统(以下简称文书档案信息化系统)的建设.
