This paper discusses Struts system structure.By using the Unified Modeling Language(UML),design the system.And we has designed the whole frame and function structure of the system At last,discuss main technology realization of the System.The realization of this system makes the control over postgraduate's information more high-efficient and has improved the working efficient.
