摘要 在高校进行创新的导,我们结合Internert技术及人力资源管理理论开发设计了人力资源管理信息系统.技术层面上系统采用基于先进的Web Service体系架构,采用五层结构,并逐层介绍了组件及功能.管理层面上本文结合人力资源管理特点,给出了各信息子系统的构成及实现功能,同时规范了人力资源的流程管理. While universities are taking the process of innovation,we have developed Human Resource Management System combined with Internet Technology and the theory of Human Resource Management to raise working efficiency,standardize workflow,and offer decision-making for the leading group in our daily management work.In the aspect of technology,the system is based on the advanced system of Web Service with the structure of five steps.Components and functions are introduced in each step as well.In the aspect of administration,this article,according to the characteristics of human resource management,gives the composition and realized functions of each subsystem.Meanwhile it normalizes the process management of human resource.
