Design of Wavelet Signal Extractor Based upon Ⅵ Technology

提出了基于PC-DAQ的虚拟仪器典型硬件结构体系,介绍了基于LabVIEW的软件开发关键技术,并根据小波信号提取原理设计出了虚拟小波信号提取仪,对其中的仪器面板、控件、流程图等进行了详尽阐述.最后,获得了某数控设备测试诊断系统中成功应用的运行结果,达到了预期目的,具有较好的推广应用价值.

The paper puts forward the whole hardware structure of typical Virtual Instrument (VI) based upon PC-DAQ.The key technologies of software development are introduced based upon LabVIEW. According to the Wavelet theorem,the Wavelet signal extractor is designed,and especially the instrument panel,control and flow chart are discussed in detail. Finally,the operating results are achieved,which are used in the digital control equipment testing diagnosis system. In conclusion,the proposed scheme is reasonable and valuable.
