浅谈研发型科技企业的CIMS工程

Superficial Discussion on CIMS Construction of R&D Enterprises

CIMS技术已经在制造型企业中得到了广泛的应用,并带来了巨大的效益,但对于以研发为主的企业,由于其自身产品生产的特点,很难直接套用现有的工厂化集成制造模式,需要专门对此加以研究.本文试图从CIMS体系思想出发,针对研发型企业的产品特点,提出几点思考建议,以便于进一步推进该类型企业的CIMS工作.

The CIMS techniques have been widely applied in manufacturing enterprises, and have brought much benefit. But, in the R&D enterprises, things are different. The factory CIMS mode can not be directly adopted. We need to give much consideration on its CIMS project for its special products. This article tries to give some suggestions on this project, according to the studying of CIMS and products of these R&D enterprises, so as to give some guidance to its future CIMS construction.
