摘要
信息管理模型适用于指导信息管理系统建设,提高信息系统实施成功率.这里以人力资源管理中高校行政管理人员绩效考核系统为例,探讨了建立管理人员绩效考核系统信息模型的过程,给出了管理人员绩效考核系统的功能模型、信息模型和具体实现方法.
Information Management model is applicable to instruct the construction of Information Management system and improve its implementation's mission success rate. This paper takes the system of college executive staff's performance rating in Human Resources Management as an example, discusses the process of establishing its information model, and presents its functional model, information model and material implementation method.
