计算机和英语在现代化的建设中起着关键的作用.而计算机的学习离不开英语,所以计算机英语是计算机专业的必修课.计算机专业的学生掌握了专业的同时,在英语上也有一定的基础,但是对计算机英语还存在很大的问题,需要经过系统的训练.关键是怎样利用学生已有的知识,结合起来,获得真正的理解从而应用,而不是单纯靠记忆.建构主义学习理论很好地解决这个难题.本文阐述了用建构主义理论来进行计算机英语教学的模式,并以实例来说明.

Computers and English have played an important role in our modernization construction. Computers can never be learned well without good English, so computer English is a compulsory course for Computer majors. Computer majors learn computer and English as well, but they need to get a systematic training for there are a lot of problems in their master of computer English. The key is not merely memorizing English but how to make use of what they have learned and get real understanding. Constructivism study theory is the right answer to these problems. Such teaching model using constructivism theory in computer English is elaborated in the essay with an example.
