In this paper,the management information systems designing and realizing method of the students’tuition is introduced,which base on Access 2003.It is made up of three subsystem,base information management subsystem,charges and payout management subsystem,and report forms management subsystem.The systems have complete function and great facility for the financial department is provided.The development and the configuration,function and material implement method are also expatiated.
