摘要
设计和研究了一种新型的低压、恒跨导的全摆幅运算放大器,输入级采用带有补偿差分对的差分输入结构,输出为推挽结构,其输入输出均为全摆幅,整个电路采用标准的0.5um CMOS工艺参数进行设计,工作电压为3.0V低电源电压.模拟结果显示,在10KΩ和5pF电容负载下,运算放大器的直流开环增益为70dB,相位裕度72°,单位增益带宽为3.8MHz.
This paper designs and studies a new low-voltage, constant transconductance, rail-to-rail CMOS op-amp. Input circuit is achieved by a dummy NMOS and PMOS parallel input pairs, output circuit is push-pull. The swing of the whole circuit is rail-to-rail. The circuit design is realized in 0.5um CMOS technology and works in a 3.0V low supply voltage. While driving 10kΩ and 5pF capacitive loads, The dc gain of the op-amp is 70dB with a phase margin of 72°, and the unity-gain frequency is 3.8MHz.
