摘要
立足于风险评估的基本想法,从理论上对雷击风险评估的概念进行了探索;总结了雷电灾害的作用机制和雷击风险评估的理论和方法;提供了包括雷击次数N、雷击损害概率P、雷击损失D、雷灾风险R、防护措施的防护效率E等基本参数的雷击灾害风险评估参数体系,并给出了各个参数的定义和参数的决定因数。然后以雷击损失D为中心,把雷击风险划分为人身雷击风险和物品雷击风险,并分开单独处理。最后将雷击风险评估方法进行了应用,指出了风险评估存在的不足与发展的方向,并给出了结论。
Based on the idea of risk assessment the concept of the lighting stroke risk is searched by the theoretic discussion.It summarizes the mechanism of lightning hazard,the theories and methods of the risk assessment for lightning stroke including lightning stroke times N,lightning stroke hazard probability P, lightning stroke loss D,lightning stroke risk R and protection efficiency E.The definition and decisive factor are given.The lightning hazard loss D is focused and the lightning stroke hazard risk is divided into the economic risk and the human life risk with different treatment.Finally the risk assessment method for lightning stroke is put into application.Some existed problems are pointed out and some conclusions are made.
