摘要
随着中国汽车工业的迅猛发展,一个较为完整的汽车零部件产业正在形成。售后零部件供应链的管理是汽车行业售后市场的核心。在这个市场上活跃的成员,包括最终客户、经销商、维修站、零部件供应商、运输服务商以及仓库等等,构成了一个完整的相互依存的生态系统。如何调动供应链上的各个成员满足最终客户对零部件的需求,是整车厂设计和管理零部件供应链时自始自终的主题。针对某汽车公司售后零部件供应流程管理展开了分析,并提出了优化方案,可作为相关企业改进供应流程的参考。
With the rapid development of China's automobile industry,a full-fledged spare parts industry comes into being.The management of after-sale spare parts supply chain is essential to the whole after-sale service in the automobile industry.All the elements in this process including clients,dealers,maintenance stations,spare parts suppliers,logistic service providers and warehouses constitute a complete network in which they are all interdependent.The optimization of each element to satisfy customer needs is always a constant topic for the automobile design and the management of spare parts supply chain.Analysis is made on the after-sale supply chain management of spare parts of automobile company,and the optimization schemes is put forward and is expected to be taken as a reference for relevant enterprises to improve their supply chain.
