四川省各地级市城市竞争力评价

Competitiveness evaluation of Sichuan cities

在建立一套涵盖5个层次、15个方面共34个指标的城市指标体系的基础上,运用主成分分析方法,对四川省18个地级市的综合实力进行计算和比较。将各主成分得分结合主成分权数进行综合计算得出各城市的综合得分,然后结合各地实际情况进行深入分析,得出由于地理位置、基础设施、经济基础的差异,使得四川省各城市竞争力参差不齐的结论,并提出针对各类城市特点采取相应措施、加强城市的软环境建设、协调发展大中小城市以有效地提升四川各地级城市竞争力的建议。

A comprehensive index system of competitiveness of the 18 cities in Sichuan province is established.The principle component analysis method is used to calculate and compare the comprehensive competitiveness of these cities.The conclusion is that the competitiveness of the 18 cities are different and the difference of competitiveness of the 18 cities comes from the geographical position,the infrastructure construction and the economic basis.Some relevant suggestions to promote the cities competitiveness in Sichuan province are presented.
