实施单病种标准住院流程后的效益效果分析

目的评价实施单病种标准住院流程后的效益效果。方法利用医院综合工作报表和ICD国际疾病分类微机汇总数据库资料,分别随机抽取实施前后5个单病种各30例,共300例,分析比较我院实施单病种标准住院流程前后的住院天数、检查总费用、药品总费用及抗生素使用情况。结果实施单病种标准住院流程后的住院天数、检查总费用、药品总费用均较实施前为低,抗生素使用比实施前较为合理,而医疗质量未受影响。结论实施单病种标准住院流程思路正确,效果效益显著,既能保证医疗质量,又有利于降低医疗费用。

Objective: To evaluate the effect and efficiency of single disease inpatients standard flow. Method: Reports are used to compare and analyze the days in the hospital, the cost of various examinations, the cost of drugs and the using of antibiotics before and after implementation of single disease inpatients standard flow. Results: The days in hospital are less, while the total cost of examinations and the cost of drugs are lower after implementation of single disease inpatients standard flow. The uning of antibiotics is more reasonable. Conclusion: It is correct to implement single disease inpatients standard flow. Both the effect and efficiency are remarkable with an ensured quality medical service and lower cost.
