农业经营模式改革——基于对运城市的调研分析

The Reform of the Agricultural Management Mode-Based on the Survey and Analysis of the YunCheng City

目前,中国农村依旧实行着家庭联产承包责任制,但随着经济的发展,家庭联产承包责任制已逐渐不适应现代农业发展的要求。农民一家一户的小规模分散经营模式,存在着势单力薄、难以抵抗自然和市场双重风险等众多弊端。本文在对山西省运城市农业发展状况调研分析的基础上,提出了集团化生产这一新的经营模式。这种模式能在一定程度上克服小家庭生产的弊端,有效地解决农村问题,促进新农村建设。

At present,the system of family-contract responsibility still exists in the countryside of China.However with the development of economy,this system has gradually failed to meet the needs of modern agricultural development.There are some disadvantages for the scattered management of peasant's families,such as having limited power,being difficult to resist the natural and marketable risks,etc.Based on the analysis of the agricultural development of YunCheng city,the paper puts forward a new management mode-group production,which can overcome the drawbacks of the nuclear family production to a certain extent,solve the rural problems effectively and promote the new rural construction.
