农用地定级评价与成果应用研究——以驻马店市农用地定级评价工作为例

Research on Farmland Rating Evaluation and its Result Application——A Case Study of Zhumadian City

利用地理信息系统(G IS)软件开发的农用地定级估价信息系统(AL EIS)作为研究平台,对河南省驻马店市农用地进行了定级评价,同时验证了定级成果的科学合理性。并对农用地生产能力核算、征地制度改革、耕地占补平衡、土地整理项目管理(耕地质量鉴定)等方面进行了初步研究。从而为该地区农用地的合理利用与管理提供依据。

Based on the study platform of ALEIS developed by thegIS technology,the article makes a rating evaluation on the farmland of Zhumadian City in Henan Province and proves the scientific rationality of rating result.Besides,it also makes some preliminary study on productive capacity accounting of farmland,reform of land requisition system,dynamic balance of cultivated land,project management of land consolidation(appraisal of cultivated land),which provide the basis for rational utilization and management of farmland in Zhumadian.
