摘要
当前我国正在向征信国家靠拢,构建我国个人信用制度已被提上日程。中国人民银行也在加紧制定《征信管理条例》。本文对在个人信用制度中起关键作用的个人信用中介机构的权利和义务进行了分析。
At present,China are development to become thegaining confidence nation,establishing Chinese Individual Credit System have been look as an important things bygovernment.Chinese people's bank is also firmlygrasp lay down the Regulation of credit-solicitation management.This paper tries to analyze the rights and obligations of Individual Credit Bureau,what is very important to Chinese Individual Credit System.
