摘要
通过测定狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon(L.)Pers.)叶片质膜相对透性、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量和叶绿素含量等生理指标,研究3个狗牙根品种[普通脱壳狗牙根(Common)、杰克宝(Jackpot)、萨拉旺(Savannah)]在自然条件下和人控低温(光照13h;平均温度8.6℃)条件下这些生理指标连续7d的变化规律,比较这3个狗牙根品种抗寒能力的差异。结果表明:从这些生理指标连续7d的变化情况看,3个狗牙根品种叶片可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量,质膜相对透性均较对照有所上升;叶绿素含量随着低温胁迫时间的延长逐渐下降。3个狗牙根品种都对低温胁迫产生了积极的响应,所受的低温伤害有所降低。其总表现:Common最好,Sa-vannah次之,Jackpot最差。
By measuring physiological indexes of plasma permeability,the content of free praline and malondialdehyde(MDA),the content of soluble sugar,we researched 3 kinds of Chloropgyll Bermudagrass(Cynodon dactylon)cultivars(Common,Jackpot,Savannah)leaves under controlled cold condition(day length 13h;mean temperature 8.6℃)and natural conditions.The results show that:the content of soluble sugar,free praline and MDA of 3 bermudagrass cultivars leaves under controlled cold conditions increased.The relative plasma permeability of tested materials increased too.The content of Chloropgyll of 3 bermudagrass cultivars decreased with the degree of cold stress.In conclusion,3 bermudagrass cultivars show optimistic response to cold stress and increase their cold tolerance.Comparing 3 tested bermudagrass cultivars,Common is best adapted to cold conditions,and then Savannah,the last one is Jackpot.
