摘要
对青蒿中青蒿素进行了不同溶剂分离提取的试验,结果表明:于50℃恒温回流提取2次,固液比为1:10/1:8,时间为2h/1h的条件下,石油醚(30-60℃)为最佳溶媒介质,1%活性炭脱色的效果最佳,80%甲醇洗提取液的浓缩浸膏得到进一步分离纯化。此工艺提取分离所得的青蒿素的结晶经HPLC法测定其含量最高为70.761%。
