摘要
用酶解去壁法对薇甘菊(Mikania micrantha H.B.K)根尖细胞的染色体计数,并对其核型进行分析。结果表明,薇甘菊的染色体数目为2n=38,属二倍体植物。染色体基数为19,核型公式为2n=38=26m+10sm+2st,属于不对称核型(2B型)。核型不对称系数为As.K%=61.4%。
The research on the karyotype of Mikania micrantha H.B.K was carried out using root tips of the plants.The result showed that it was a diploid plant with chromosome number 2n=38,chromosome basic was 19 and the karyotype formula was2n=38=26m+10sm+2st,it belonged to asymmetrical karyotype(2B type).As.K% =61.4%
