摘要
通过测定狗牙根〔Cynodon dactylon(L.) Pers.〕叶片质膜相对透性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)相对活性、游离脯氨酸含量(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)含量等生理指标,研究喷施多效唑的3个狗牙根品种[普通脱壳狗牙根(Common)、杰克宝(Jackpot)、萨拉旺(Savannah)]经5℃的低温处理12h后这些生理指标的变化情况,比较3种浓度多效唑对3个狗牙根品种抗寒能力的影响。结果表明:与对照相比CAT活性都有升高,而游离脯氨酸含量、质膜相对透性和MDA降低。200ml/L多效唑和300ml/L多效唑在一定程度上降低了低温胁迫对狗牙根品种的伤害,提高了它们的抗寒性。就这3个品种的抗寒性表现而言,Common对这两种浓度的多效唑反应最敏感,Savannah其次,Jackpot反应较差。
By measuring physiological indexes such as relative plasma permeability,relative activity of superoxide catalase(CAT),the content of free proline and malondialdehyde(MDA) of 3 paclobutrazol(PBZ)-treated Bermudagrass(Cynodon dactylon) cultivars(Common,Jackpot,Savannah) leaves subjected to cold stress by treating them with 5℃ for 12h.The results show that : the relative activity of superoxide catalase(CAT) of 3 cultivars increased in PBZ treated plant,and the content of free proline,relative plasma permeability and MDA decreased in PBZ treated plant.200ml/L and 300ml/L PBZ induced increase in bermudagrass' capabilities in cold tolerance and protect them against low temperature.Among three PBZ treated cultivars,PBZ treated Common is best adapted to cold conditions,and then Savannah,the last one is Jackpot.
