摘要
选择30日龄和90日龄的断奶獭兔各30只,每个日龄段的獭兔分为两组,每组15只;采用日粮配方相同,对照组不加酶制剂,两个试验组各添加酶制剂0.5%。试验结果表明:30日龄的试验组比对照组日增重提高19.32%,差异显著(P<0.05),90日龄组添加酶制剂的效果不明显(P>0.05);30日龄对照组平均日增重为18.01 g,90日龄组则为14.81 g;试验的30日龄组日增重为22.23 g,90日龄为15.58 g,两组差异极显著(P<0.01)。同一日粮添加相同剂量的酶制剂,30日龄的料/重比90日龄低11.48个百分点。
Choice of 30-day-old and 90-day-old weanling of the Rex 30,each day of the Rabbit were divided into two groups,each 15;Adopt the same diet and the control group without enzyme,the two pilot groups with enzyme 0.5%.Test results show : 30 days in the test group was increased 19.32% than the control group.The difference was significant(P <0.05),90-day-old group added enzyme effect was not significant(P> 0.05);the average daily gain of 30-day-old control group was 18.01 g,90 age group was 14.81g.The daily gain of test age group 30-day-old was 22.23g.The 90-day-old was 14.81g,the difference between the two groups was significant(P <0.01).The same diet supplemented with the same dose of the enzyme preparation,the 30-day-old Liu / weight ratio of 90-day-old low to 11.48%.
