摘要 文章将斜轧辊曲面抽象成轧件曲面族和轧辊包络面的问题,利用微分几何的曲面包络理论,结合坐标投影变换法对斜轧辊曲面方程进行研究,导出在已知轧件曲面的情况下,辊形曲面的通用公式,总结出测量该种类型曲面所需要的参数。为斜轧辊在线测量和修复提供了理论依据。 This paper generalized the curved surface of the skew roller into the envelope question of the families of rolling pieces surfaces and the skew roller. Based on the envelope principle of complex surface in differential geometry theory, the surface equation of skew roller was studied with coordinate transformation method. The general formulas were presented for the roller surface in the condition which the curve equation of rolling pieces has been obtained. The necessary parameters of the measurement of this type of surface were summarized. The obtained conclusion is useful to the online measurement and repair of the skew rollers.
