摘要
文章对大型复杂汽车冲压件(轿车前地板零件)在拉深成形过程中产生的摩擦特性进行了物理模拟试验研究。在试验研究中,通过运用探针测试技术,对轿车前地板试验件在拉深成形过程中,采用不同的润滑条件下的不同变形区的摩擦系数进行了测定,根据试验结果获得了该试验件在拉深成形过程中的摩擦系数大小及分布状况。
The physical simulation tests were studied on the frication characteristics of large complex automobile part (car front-floor part) during the drawing processing. The friction coefficients which distributed the different deforming parts of drawing die were tested by the probe testing technique which was applied in the whole physical simulations. According the results of tests, the friction coefficient values and its distribution status were obtained.
