摘要
汽车覆盖件成形仿真中,工艺补充和压料面的生成是模面工程中的重要一步,而各种孔、槽和凹缘的曲面填充工作尤为重要。文章提出了基于环特征和光顺外边界的曲面填充技术。该方法构建在CAD数据的边界表示法和ACIS开发库基础上。该方法可以快速生成满足冲压模拟要求的填充曲面,而且光顺操作的参数是可控的。通过工业复杂成形件的实际计算结果验证了该方法的有效性。
In Stamping simulation of automobile panels, generation of addendum and binder is a very important step in die-face engineering, especially for the filling all kinds of holes, grooves and concave edges. A surface filling technique based on LOOP feature and smooth outlines is proposed in this paper. The method is also performed on the basis of BrRep of CAD data and development support library ACIS. The filling surfaces fulfilling the requirement of stamping simulation can be generated fast by this method, and the parameters of smoothing operation can be controlled. The validity of this method is conformed by the results of the complex industry-forming panels.
