脑梗死急性期偏瘫患者早期康复护理研究

Study on early nursing rehabilitation in acute stage in patients with hemiparalysis caused by cerebral infarction

目的:探讨早期康复护理在改善脑梗死急性期偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复方面的作用。方法:将102例脑梗死急性期偏瘫患者随机分为康复护理组(n=62)和常规护理组(n=40),入院当天对康复护理组患者进行康复护理,而常规护理组只采用常规护理,比较两组肌力恢复情况及Barthel指数。结果:康复护理组有效率为91.94%,常规护理组有效率为62.50%,经比较两组有效率有显著性差异(P<0.01)。康复组患者Barthel指数提高程度较常规组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复护理可明显改善脑梗死急性期偏瘫患者肢体的运动功能及ADL。

Objective: To explore the effect of early nursing rehabilitation in acute stage on restoration of extremity function of patients with hemiparalysis caused by cerebral infarction. Methods: One hundred and two patients with hemiparalysis caused by cerebral infarction were randomly divide into rehabilitation group (n=62) and routine nursing group (n=40), and the patient in rehabilitation group were given rehabilitation nursing care on the day when being admitted. The comparison was made in the restoration and Barthel index. Results: The effective rate was 91.94% in rehabilitation group and 62.50% in routine nursing group. There was significant difference in effective rate (P<0.01). The rise of Barthel index was more obvious in rehabilitation group than that in the routine nursing group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The motor function of extremities and ADL can be improved in patients with hemiparalysis caused by cerebral infarction in acute stage by early nursing rehabilitation.
