微波加赛胃安胶囊治疗复发性口腔溃疡40例效果观察

Observation of the effective outcome of the therapy of microwave combined with Saiwei'an in the treatment of 40 cases of recurrent oral ulcer

目的:探讨微波加赛胃安胶囊局部治疗复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的疗效。方法:将80例ROU患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,两组患者采用复方硼砂漱口液漱口后,治疗组给予微波加赛胃安胶囊局部治疗,对照组给予常规治疗,对两组治疗情况进行定期临床观察。结果:治疗组局部溃疡面恢复有效率为97.5%,对照组为60.0%;治疗组治疗1年总体恢复有效率为95.0%,对照组为72.5%。两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:微波加赛胃安胶囊局部治疗ROU具有较好的临床疗效,值得推广。

Objective: To explore the clinical application of microwave combined with Saiwei'an gelatin capsule in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods: Eighty patients were divided into treatment group(n=40) and control group(n=40) at random,therapy of microwave combined with Saiwei'an gelatin capsule was applied in the treatment group after complex borax collutory was used by gargling overall,and routine treatment was taken in the control group.The clinical observation was regularly made.Results: The effective rate of treatment was 97.5% in the treatment group and 60% in the control group.The total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 72.5% in the control group after treatment for one year.There was significant difference in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions: The therapy of microwave combined with Saiwei'an gelatin capsule is effective to treat recurrent oral ulcer and is recommended to be used in clinical practice.
