护理干预对癌症患者围化疗期恶心呕吐的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on relieving vomiting of the patients with cancer treated with chemotherapy

目的:探讨减轻癌症患者围化疗期恶心、呕吐的护理方法。方法:将接受化疗的124例癌症患者随机分为观察组66例和对照组58例,对照组仅给予常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上进行护理干预。结果:观察组顺利完成化疗,且大部分患者围化疗期仅食欲减退,无恶心、呕吐,少数患者出现轻度恶心、呕吐。结论:围化疗期及时制定护理对策进行护理干预,可显著减轻恶心、呕吐等不良反应,使化疗顺利进行。

Objective: To explore the methods to relieve patient's vomiting resulted from chemotherapy.Methods: One hundred and twenty four cancer patients with chemotherapy were divided into observation group(n=66) and control group(n=58) at random.Routine treatment and nursing care was taken in control group,while nursing intervention was additionally applied in observation group. Results: There was significant difference in the comparison of the degree of vomiting in the duration of chemotherapy between the two groups(P<0.01).All the patients completed chemotherapy,anorexia happened to most of the patients;nausea and vomiting occurred in few patients.Conclusion: Adequate and proper nursing care can obviously relieve patient's nausea and vomiting and other side-effect in the period of chemotherapy.
