前列腺电切术后尿潴留热磁疗法68例效果观察

Observation of the efficacy of hot-magnetic therapy in the treatment of 68 patients with uroschesis after electro-prostatectomy

目的:探讨热磁疗法治疗前列腺电切术后尿潴留的效果及护理方法。方法:将136例前列腺电切术后发生尿潴留的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各68例,观察组采用热磁疗法,对照组采用诱导排尿法。结果:观察组排尿时间、排尿量、膀胱残余尿量与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对前列腺电切术后尿潴留患者采用热磁疗法,可促进其排尿,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To explore the efficacy of hot-magnetic therapy in the treatment of uroschesis after electro-prostatectomy and nursing methods. Methods: One hundred and thirty six patients with uroschesis were randomly divided into observation group(n=68) and control group(n=68).Hot-magnetic therapy was applied in observation group and induced urination was used in control group.Results: There were significant differences in the comparison of time of urination,volume of urine and residual urine in bladder(P<0.05).Conclusion: Hot-magnetic therapy can accelerate urination in the treatment of uroschesis after electro-prostatectomy.
