Studying on the Structural model for the rule of law,could help us grasp the overall of rule of law,ensure the rule of law in general,respect the process for the rule of law,to prevent the movement of the rule of law.In the rule of law structure,the elements structure and hierarchy structure are two basic model state.Studying on these two model states,will enable us to promote the rule of law fully.
