对高校就业指导工作的思考

Thinking on the Vocational Guidance in High School

本文从就业指导工作的现状入手,分析了目前我国高校就业指导面临的问题,提出了加强和改进就业指导工作的对策:将职业指导工作前移,在学生注册入学之前进行咨询服务;在教学过程中帮助学生确定职业计划及目标;将就业指导精神贯穿于各门课程学习的全过程;把就业指导和咨询作为一种高层次的职业和岗位予以肯定。

Based on the current situation of vocational guidance,the author puts forward the countermeasures that advance the plan to give students consults before their registering to strengthen and improve the guidance through analyzing the problem.During the school days,the vocational guide should help the student set a career plan and goal,putting the guidance through the study process and regarding the guidance and consult as a high level career.
