摘要
劳动者工资收入情况可以说是劳动者权益最核心、最重要的部分,它在相当程度上反映了劳动者最基本权益的实现状况,以及劳动关系协调机制、劳动争议处理机制是否健全。从目前我国企业劳动者的工资收入情况看,仍存在不少问题,并已经对企业一级劳动关系以及我国经济和社会发展带来不利影响。为提高企业劳动者收入、建立企业工资正常增长机制,应当充分发挥政府调节作用,同时建立具有实效的工资集体协商机制。
The situation of laborers' wages is one of the most important parts of labor rights and interests.It reflects to what extent labor rights and interests have been realized,and whether the labor relations system and the settlement mechanism of labor dispute is effective.At present,many problems of laborers' wages exist in enterprises and impact on labor relations at enterprise level and economic and social development in China.In order to improve the level of laborers' wage and establish the mechanism of wage normal growth,the government should play the role of regulation and the effective mechanism of collective consultation on wage should be set up.
