Trade union's work should start with the concept of scientific development and with the key point of building up harmonious hospitals and relations between doctors and patients.Trade unions of hospitals should develop campaigns of carrying forward the noble medical ethics,make efforts to construct advanced hospital culture,enhance the construction of grass roots political democracy and cohesion,strengthen the construction of quality of workers and staff,and boost up passion and energy of workers and staff in building up harmonious hospital.
