浅谈教代会代表主体意识的确立及强化

On Establish and Strengthen the Consciousness of Actors of Representatives of Teachers' Congress

高校教代会代表是教代会所有活动的主要承担者。加强和完善教代会制度,必须改革教代会代表的选举办法,改善代表结构,不断确立及强化教代会代表的主体意识,充分发挥教代会代表的作用。

The teachers' congress is the main undertaker of the whole activities of the teachers' congress in universities and colleges.In order to enhance and promote the system of teachers' congress,we should reform the election methods of representatives of teachers' congress,improve the structure of representatives,establsh and strengthen the consciousness of actors of representatives and,give full play to the representatives of teachers' congress.
