Financing is the blood of enterprises while financial market is the important external environment of enterprises.At the present time,the monopolization of the finance industry and the financing discrimination to small and medium-size enterprises in China makes the SMEs' behavior short-term oriented,and the labor relations in these enterprises worsen increasingly.
