摘要
在高校文化素质教育中,教师占有主导地位,这就要求教师不仅要具备文化素质教育的观念和能力,而且要将这些深入到自己的人格修养之中,使之达到人格化的状态。要提高改变目前教师所存在的一些缺撼,真正发挥教师在文化素质教育中的人格化载体作用。
Teachers play a very important role in the culture-based quality education of higher institutions,which requires teachers to equip themselves with the idea about culture-based quality education,to possess the ability to cultivate the students in this way and to develop them into the cultivation of their personality.It is stated that teachers should supply the lack in the thought of humanistic education,knowledge of literature and history and humanistic concern for students in order to give full play to teachers' role in the culture-based quality education.
