在村级经济增长并突破原有格局的情况下,村级经济股份合作制改革和村股份经济合作社的建立面临许多新问题,需要不断解决。通过对常熟市村级经济股份合作制改革现状的分析,全面剖析了存在的问题,参考当前各地在深化改革、积极完善农村新型经济组织方面的一些做法,提出了相应的对策措施和建议。

With the prosperity of village economy,the increase of village economy has broken its initial layout.The economic shareholding cooperation reform and the establishment of village shareholding economic cooperation encounter many new problems,which need solving.On the base of analysis in Changshu village economy shareholding cooperation reform situation,the author analyses the existing problems and refers to some new methods of deepening reform and improving village new economic organization,and then points out relevant measures and suggestions.
