摘要
本文从探索县级档案工作的运行机制和体制入手,探讨如何有效地利用档案为政府、社会、经济服务,如何加强队伍、素质、业务、硬件建设,并进一步探讨档案工作的规律性及其在新形势下的发展方向。
From seeking the mechanism and setup of the county-level archive work,the article explore how to serve government,social and economy by effectively using archive,how to strengthen the construction of the troop,quality,business and hardware,and further to explore the rule and development direction under the new situation of archive work.
