摘要 教学评价是对教育功能的社会价值进行判断的过程,双师型教师教学评价是促进双师型教师队伍建设的重要方面.阐述了双师型教师教学评价的本质特征和原则,对教学评价应考虑的因素以及评价的内容、标准、范围和实施方法进行了探讨分析. Teaching evaluation is a process of sitting in judgement on the social values of educational functions,and the teaching evaluation of double-professionally-titled teachers is an important aspect of promoting the buildup of double-certificated teaching staff.This paper explicates the intrinsic characteristics and principles of the teaching evaluation of double-professionally-titled teachers,and discusses the considerable factors of teaching evaluation as well as its contents,criteria,scopes and enforceable methods.
