广东省道路交通安全目标管理体系研究

RESEARCH ON THE SAFETY-TARGET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN GUANGDONG'S ROAD TRANSPORTATION

安全目标管理是现代化管理技术在安全管理上的应用,在进行广泛调查和专家咨询的基础上,结合广东省道路交通安全实际,提出了构建广东省道路交通安全目标控制指标体系,并讨论了该体系的实施和评价等相关问题.

Safety target management is a modern management technology on safety management,and also one part of safe system engineering.It is essential to reduce traffic accidents by setting safety targets and launching a series of management activities to achieve the goals.According to the new characteristics and theories of safety management,this text adopts several methods,such as qualitative and quantitative analysis,extensive investigation and expert consultation,to construct the index system of road transportation safety objective control in Guangdong province.In the process of the index system construction,the national and relative safety control indexes considered,relative transportation enterprises explored,and the implement and evaluation of this management system are studied.
