Welding Networked Production and It's Application

作为制造自动化系统的一部分,焊接网络化生产具有加快,资金、信息流通迅速、缩短物流运输距离、节约社会资源等诸多优点。介绍了焊接网络化生产的必要性及其基本结构,并预测了其研究前景。指出:焊接网络化生产可使具生产过程的环节衔接会更加紧密,生产管理会更加有力,可有效避免社会资源在生产中的浪费,具有广阔的应用前景。

As part of automatization system of manufacture,the welding networked production system has many advantages such as accelerating the circulation of capital and information,reducing the distance of materials transportation and saving the social resources,etc.Consequently,it is of momentous theoretical and practical significance to study the principle and structure of the welding network.The fundamental structure as well as the necessity of welding networked production were introduced in this paper,and it's research prospects was predicted.It is pointed out that the connection of the productive process of the welding network could become closer,the production management could be more powerful and the waste of the social resources could be avoided effectively.Therefore,the welding networked production has broad application prospects.
